Delivery Policy
The delivery method of G-Signal products is by sending electronic notifications through the Internet. Email is the main channel and carrier for electronic notifications, and instant messaging software (such as WhatsApp, Twitter and etc.) is planned to be added as auxiliary channels and carriers in the future. Once the G-Signal product you subscribed gets confirmed, the system will automatically send a notification email from [email protected] to the email address you registered with us. If you are a new customer of ours and have never received the notification email from the G-Signal system, please be sure to whitelist the email address [email protected] in your email client software. You may need to check your spam mailbox, as your email client software mistakenly treated the notification email from [email protected] as spam email. If, for this reason, you failed to receive G-Signal notification in a timely manner, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the product.
Return & Exchange Policy
The G-Signal products are sold by subscription, and the e-store system charges customers on a monthly, or annual, or 10-year basis. If you need to return the product after purchased, please visit My Subscriptions and cancel the subscription. The e-store system will stop charging you, but the current subscription is not refundable.
After you purchased the G-Signal product, you have one chance to switch to another product with the same price. If you want to switch to another product with higher price, you can contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. To review our official Terms of Service, please click here.
